Kenya National Report on Corporate Climate Legal Tactics

A collaboration between ACORN LAW Advocates LLPand BIICL (British Institute of International and Comparative Law) has birthed the Kenya National report on corporate climate change litigation https://lnkd.in/dm_6pk5w. In this report our Dr. Omondi R. Owino explores causes of action; procedure and evidence, as well as remedies available in corporate climate litigation under Kenyan law.
